Fried tofu and Japanese mustard spinach hot pot

Ingredients(For 1 serving)
- Water 100 – 200ml
- Vegetable broth 3-4 g
- Half of Atsuage (Fried tofu)
- A share of Japanese mustard spinach
- A little salt
How to make
- Grill the Atsuage.
- Put vegetables broth in water, salt, komatsuna, grilled fried tofu, cover and simmer until the komatsuna is cooked.
Point
- Atsuage can be added without grill, but it will be more fragrant if grilled.
