How to make

  1. Grill the Atsuage.
  2. Put vegetables broth in water, salt, komatsuna, grilled fried tofu, cover and simmer until the komatsuna is cooked.

Point

  • Atsuage can be added without grill, but it will be more fragrant if grilled.
