White bread without eggs, butter, and milk

A simple bread that can be made in just over an hour. There is fermentation time, but during that time you can do other work, so it is perfect bread to make on a daily basis.

Ingredients

  • Bread flour 300g
  • Warm water 200 ml
  • Olive oil 25g
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Yeast 3g

How to make

  1. Mix bread flour and sugar and add yeast. Add water little by little while mixing so that the yeast is covered with warm water.
  2. Add olive oil.
  3. It has a lot of water and oil, so when it is no longer powdery, leave it in the bowl and ferment it for 30 minutes. At that time, cover it with a wet towel that has been wrung out tightly to prevent it from drying out.
  4. When it is about twice as large, sprinkle flour to prevent the dough from sticking, take out the dough, and divide it into 4 to 5 equal parts. Move your hands from top to bottom so that the surface is covered with a film.
  5. Leave it for about 30 minutes for fermentation.
  6. Apply olive oil to the surface and bake in an oven at 190 ° C for about 15 minutes.

Point

  • When fermenting, if the oven has a fermentation function, set it to 30 ° C.
  • If it doesn’t brown, set it to about 200 ° C and finally brown it for about 3 minutes.
  • It’s delicious to eat with olive oil!
