For both tomato and consomme flavors! Meatless cabbage rolls
Use tofu to make cabbage rolls that do not use meat and eggs.

Don’t you leave the water running when you wash the dishes? Water is an important natural resource. Let’s use washtub. You can save 1/9 of the amount of water If you use dishwasher.
Ingredients (For4-5)
- 5 cabbage leaves
- Water 100cc
- Tofu 150g
- 1/4 onion
- Vegetable broth (powder) 2-3g
- A little salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon of potato starch
Soup - Vegetable broth (powder) 5g
- 1 clove of garlic
- 5 tbsp tomato paste
- A little salt and pepper
How to make
- Put a knife in the core of the cabbage and carefully peel it off one by one so that the leaves do not tear.
- Put water in a pan and boil it like steaming.(Boiled water and pot will be used later)
- Finely chop the onions, mix with tofu, add potato starch, vegetable broth, salt and pepper.
- When the cabbage is soft, cut the hard part of the core into triangles, chop it and mix with the tofu.
- Put the tofu on the cabbage leaves, roll it around, and sew the cloth with a toothpick at the end.
- In boiled cabbage water, add chopped garlic, vegetable broth, tomato paste, and salt and pepper, add the cabbage, and heat for about 5 -10 minutes. If the water is low, add more water.
Point
- Even if you eat it with consomme flavor without adding tomato paste, it is light and delicious.
