Dairy and Egg-Free Vegan Carbonara

Ingredients
- Spaghetti (Pasta you like) for 1 serving
- 1-2 mushrooms
- Soy milk 80㏄
- 1 teaspoon of miso
- Vegetable broth (powder) 2-3 g
How to make
- Boil the spaghetti on time as indicated on the bag.
- Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms, fry in olive oil and salt and pepper. (It’s delicious even if you drip a little soy sauce)
- When soy milk is boiled, it becomes thick. Turn off the heat, add the miso, and mix the boiled noodles and mushrooms.
Point
- If you season the mushrooms in advance, each one will have its own flavor, which makes it delicious.
- In addition to mushrooms, you can add whatever you like and arrange it!
- You can make risotto with same seasonings.
