Ingredients(For 2-3 serving)
- Half a Chinese cabbage
- About 6 tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- *1 to 2 teaspoons of white wine vinegar

How to make
- Put olive oil in a pan and cook over low heat until the crushed garlic is fragrant.
- Add the chinese cabbage in a pan, season with salt and stir fry.
- Add tomatoes, water, soy sauce, and white wine vinegar or white wine.
- Simmer over low heat until cooked through, then add salt to taste.
- Add vegetable broth or pepper to taste.

- The chinese cabbage will also release water, so season to taste with salt and soy sauce to taste.
- You can also add your favorite vegetables, olives, and herbs.
