Authentic choucroute made with sauerkraut without meat

Ingredients
- 2-3 potatoes
- Half onion
- 1/2 carrot
- A clove of garlic
- Sauerkraut as much as you want to eat
- White wine 3/4 cup (1/4 cup + 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup of water
- A little salt
- Appropriate amount of mustard
How to make
- Cut potatoes in half and carrots to a suitable size, put 1/4 cup of white wine and potatoes and carrots in a pot, and heat over high heat to evaporate alcohol.
