Ingredients (For 1 serving)
- Water 100cc
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of cooking sake
- Fu as needed
- Japanese parsley as needed
- Kelp 5 cm square
How to make
- Put water and kelp in a pot, and when it’s bubbled up(before boiling), take out the kelp.
- Add cooking sake and wait for evaporating the alcohol .
- Add salt and soy sauce.
- Put the fu in a bowl, pour the soup, and add the Japanese parsley.
Point
Adjust the taste with salt, not soy sauce. If you use soy sauce, it will be colored more than necessary.
