Dutch-born king of salad! Quick, delicious Coleslaw

Quick, economical, delicious salad! This salad made in the Netherlands.

When cutting vegetables, you can cut the calyx thinly, cut the hard parts into shaving-cut, and use the skin to increase the amount to eat and reduce garbage. Depending on the vegetables, the nutrition can be multiplied by drying the skin!

Using seasonal vegetables also reduces the energy used by producers. For example, in the case of tomatoes, the amount of energy required to grow in summer and winter is 10 times different.

It’s a very small thing, but it will be a big achievement if each person has a heart.

Ingredients(For 1 serving)

  • Cabbage 100g
  • Half of Japanese cucumber
  • Boiled corn as needed
  • Your favorite vegetables for 1 serving
  • A little Vinegar (1/3 tsp)
  • Mayonnaise 1-2tbsp (Vegan: mayonnaise without eggs)
  • A pinch of sugar
  • A little black pepper

How to make

  1. Cut into long strips your favorite vegetables.
  2. Sprinkle salt on the cabbage and leave for about 10 minutes. Moisture will come out, so wipe it off the vegetables.
  3. Mix vegetables, vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, and black pepper.

Point

It’s ok if you don’t add sugar but if you think it’s not harmonize the taste, add sugar to be.
