Can’t beat Freshly fried croquette (fried mushed potato)
Croquette is a dish that has taken root as a home cooking in Japan.

Ingredients
- 2-3 potatoes
- 1/4 onion
- Salt and pepper
- Some flour
- 1 egg
- Some Bread crumbs(Panko)
How to make
- Peel the potatoes, cut them to a suitable size and boil them.
- Finely chop the onions and stir in a pan with salt and pepper.
- When the potatoes are boiled, crush them and add the onions.
- Shape it to your liking and coat it with flour, eggs, and bread crumbs(Panko) in that order.
- Heat the frying oil to 180 degrees and fry until it has a nice color.
- Serve with Vegetable sweet sauce or Worcester sauce!
Point
- Many japanese eat this with Vegetable Sweet Sauce.
- Wipe the flour by hand so that you don’t put too much flour.
- If you make it into a cylinder, you can enjoy the harmony of the soft and fluffy texture of potatoes and the crispy feeling of coating!
