Ingredients (For 1 serving)
- Sukiyaki stock 100㏄
- 2 teaspoons of curry powder
- 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- Water 200㏄
- Udon noodles
- Green onion as needed
How to make
- Sukiyaki stock, water, curry powder and Worcestershire sauce in a pan and heat it.
- Boil the udon noodles.
- Serve and add green onions to complete!
Point
- If the taste is not enough, you can adjust it with salt.
