Let’s make a fluffy Japanese sweets called Daifuku!
Strawberry Daifuku is one of the traditional Japanese sweets, with sweet red beans paste (Anko) and strawberries wrapped in a fluffy rice cake (Mochi). Anko is purchased at a Japanese sweets shop. The sourness of strawberries and the sweetness of red bean paste goes well and are so good! This time, I will easily make the Mochi part using rice paper.
