Easy to cook dried tomatoes pickled in olive oil
You can easily make dried tomatoes just by baking them in the oven! It’s great for appetizers.

Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes as you like
- A pinch of salt
- Olive oil
- Rosemary or other herbs to taste
How to make
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and grill in a low temperature oven at about 140 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Take it out and sprinkle with salt.
- Put it in the oven again and grill until it is dry. (About 40 minutes to 1 hour)
- When the tomatoes are drained, put them in a jar, fill the jar with olive oil, and add your favorite herbs.
Point
- If the tomatoes are about to burn, cover them with aluminum foil.
