Farce – stuffed in tomatoes and baked in the oven

I use mushrooms this time, but it is also delicious to add avocado and eat it like a salad.

Mushrooms can be scented better by using stem and can reduce garbage! Mushrooms will retain their scent if they are not washed with water.

How to make

  1. Cut the calyx of the tomato and scoop out the inside of it.
  2. Divide the mushrooms into 4 equal parts, or if they are small, you can leave them as they are.
  3. Add olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, when the smell come out, add mushrooms.
  4. Finely chop the tomato shells and stir-fry them with mushrooms.
  5. Add salt and pepper and stir-fry until draining the tomato juice.
  6. When the juice is gone, fill it in tomatoes and bake it in the oven for 10 to 20 minutes.

Point

  • When scooping tomatoes, leave a thickness of 2 mm from the skin so that they will not be crushed when baked.
