Farce – stuffed in tomatoes and baked in the oven
I use mushrooms this time, but it is also delicious to add avocado and eat it like a salad.

Mushrooms can be scented better by using stem and can reduce garbage! Mushrooms will retain their scent if they are not washed with water.
Ingredients
- tomato
- mushroom
- garlic
- Herbs such as basil
How to make
- Cut the calyx of the tomato and scoop out the inside of it.
- Divide the mushrooms into 4 equal parts, or if they are small, you can leave them as they are.
- Add olive oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, when the smell come out, add mushrooms.
- Finely chop the tomato shells and stir-fry them with mushrooms.
- Add salt and pepper and stir-fry until draining the tomato juice.
- When the juice is gone, fill it in tomatoes and bake it in the oven for 10 to 20 minutes.
Point
- When scooping tomatoes, leave a thickness of 2 mm from the skin so that they will not be crushed when baked.
