This is a perfect summer dish using condiments. This is basically used as a sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 okra
- 1 cucumber
- 3 myoga
- 1/3 green onion
- 1/2 eggplant
How to make
- Cut each ingredient into small cubes.
- Mix it all together.
Point
- Usually it is added dashi broth, but it’s good enough with soy sauce.
- It is also good with shiso leaves!
- Pour it over chilled tofu, or mix it with natto and pour it over rice, the way you use it is up to you!
- All the vegetables are raw, so please consume them as soon as possible.
