Soy milk cream fruit sandwich for vegans

First of all, it was difficult to make fruit sandwiches. I failed to make the cream, and the fruit wasn’t caught in the bread so I was about to break off. It was delicious, but I recommend buying it rather than making it.
If anyone knows, please let me know how to harden the cream like a restaurant!

ECO Point
Don’t you leave the water running when you wash the dishes? Water is an important natural resource. Let’s use washtub. You can save 1/9 of the amount of water If you use dishwasher.

Ingredients

  • Soy milk 200 ml
  • 1 tbsp to 3 tbsp of sugar (adjust to your liking)
  • Oil 40 ml
  • A little Lemon juice
  • 2 pieces of bread
  • Maple syrup as much as you like

How to make

[Preparation]

  • Keep the soy milk cold.
  • When making cream, soak the bowl in ice water and cool it to make cream easier to harden.
  1. Add sugar to soy milk and mix with a hand mixer or blender. (Thickness comes out after about 5 minutes. If it does not foam after 5 minutes, there is a high possibility of failure)
  2. When it gets harder and harder, add oil little by little. (It becomes hard when oil is added.)
  3. Finally, add lemon juice and mix.
  4. Spread cream on two pieces of bread, put fruit on it, wrap it in cooking paper or something like that, and let it blend in the refrigerator. (If left for a long time, the bread will become moist and sticky)
  5. Cut the middle.

Point

  • The cream will loosen if not used immediately. It is hard to loosen when gelatin is added. (2 g of gelatin, 2 tablespoons of water)
  • The cream will take about 20 minutes to complete.
  • If you add the ingredients all at once, they may not harden.
  • If you stop the mixer in the middle, it may not solidify.
  • It is delicious to make a lot of cream to make French toast or to drink it on coffee.
