Can’t back to the commercially available one! Ginger ale
A recipe of dry ginger ale. Delicious even if you mix it with carbonated water, water or hot water.

Ingredients(For 1 – 2 serving)
- 1 to 2 ginger (about 80 to 150 g)
- 1 star anise
- Black pepper 3-5 grains
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Water 200cc
How to make
- Slice the ginger together with the skin.
- Put water in a pan, add ginger, star anise, black pepper, and cinnamon sticks, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- If there is not enough water, add it each time.
- Once it’s cooled, store it in a tapper. At this time, add lemon to make it even more delicious.
Point
- If you want sweetness, add sugar or honey. (Of course, if you don’t have honey, please use sugar.)
- Adjust the spices to your liking.
