Spicy green curry with coconut milk
Make an appetizing coconut curry! It’s a dish that goes well with rice.

Ingredients(For 1 serving)
Curry paste
- About 10 basil leaves
- 1 share of coriander
- Half a clove of garlic
- 1/4 onion
- 3 – 4 dash of Cumin
- 5 dash of dried parsley
- 2-3 green peppers
Seasoning
- Coconut milk 80-100 ml
- Appropriate amount of salt and pepper
- 1/4 lemon juice

- Red / yellow paprika and peppers
How to make
- Make Thai curry paste. Finely chop the ingredients for the paste, put it in a mixer and mix until it becomes a paste. (If you don’t have a mixer, you can use a mortar)
- When the paste is made, evaporate the water in a heated pan.
- When the water has evaporated, add coconut milk, salt and pepper, and lemon juice.
- Grilled paprika and peppers and decorated with basil.
Point
- Please adjust the number of green peppers to your liking.
- If you add too much cumin, it will be bitter.
- It’s delicious to eat with Thai rice!
