- One bunch of Japanese mustard spinach (Komatsuna)
- A clove of Garlic
- A pinch of Salt and white pepper
- A little soy sauce
How to make
- Cut Japanese mustard spinach into bite size
- Finely chop the garlic
- Add oil to a pan, reduce the heat to low and add the garlic.
