Authentic Japchae with an appetizing sesame scent

- Korean vermicelli (or glass noodles if you can’t find it) for 1 person

- Ground sesame as needed

B - Sesame oil (1tbsp)
- Soy sauce (1-2tbsp)
- Sugar (1tbsp)
- Cooking sake (1tsp)
- Garlic (grated) as needed
How to make
- Boil spinach, cut into bite size and mixed with A.
- Cut onions into slices, cut wood ear mushrooms, green peppers, and carrots, salt and pepper into sticks, and stir.
- Add boiled vermicelli and put B.
- Serve and sprinkle sesame seeds from above to complete.
