Introducing a recipe for stir-fried spicy konjac, which is good for healthy and dieting! Konjak is made from ground konjak yam. This is japanese traditional and healthy food.

How to make

  1. Konjac is poured with boiling water to remove the odor.
  2. Cut into bite-sized pieces by hand and stir-fry in a pan with sesame oil.
  3. Add all the seasonings and complete when the taste is soaked.

Point

  • It is easier for the taste to soak into konjac if you tear it by hand rather than cutting it with a knife.
  • If you like spicy food, sprinkle it with a bite or shichimi and it will go well with it. Shichimi is a Japanese seasoning called seven flavored spices.There is also something called a Ichimi. You can use either one depending on your preference.
