Let’s make lasagna that looks gorgeous for a special day
Let’s make a surprisingly simple lasagna made from white sauce and tomato sauce that using soy milk!

Don’t you leave the water running when you wash the dishes? Water is an important natural resource. Let’s use washtub. You can save 1/9 of the amount of water If you use dishwasher.
Ingredients
- 4-5 lasagna (according to the amount of sauce)
- 1 onion
- 1/4 carrot
- 3-4 mushrooms
- Tomato puree 200ml
- Soy milk 200 ml
- 1 teaspoon of miso
- Vegetable broth (powder) 5g
- A little salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 bay leaf
- Your favorite herbs
- Bread crumbs(Panko) appropriate amount
How to make
- Cut the onion in half, chop half and slice half.
- Finely chop the carrots and mushrooms.
- First, make tomato sauce. Put olive oil in a pan and add chopped onions and bay leaf.
- When it’s tender, add carrots and salt and pepper, and when it’s tender, add tomato puree. (Herbs such as oregano and basil are also recommended if you like)
- When the tomato puree is boiled down, it’s done.
- Next, make white sauce. Boil the soy milk over low heat. when the the pot is simmering, turn off the heat and add miso.
- Put olive oil and sliced onions in a pan. when it’s tender, add flour. stir-fry to sprinkle onions.
- Add soy milk and wait for it to thicken.
- Boil lasagna, lay down it in a container, put tomato sauce, lasagna, white sauce alternately, sprinkle bread crumbs on top, and bake it for about 5-10 minutes.
Point
- There is a process to make white sauce and tomato sauce, but it is surprisingly easy 😘
- For vegetarians, you can add tomato sauce, white sauce, and cheese alternately.
