Chewy and delicious even if you are vegan Macaroni salad

Ingredients(For 1 serving)
- Macaroni 40−50g
- 1 cucumber
- 1/4 Onion
- Mayonnaise (1-2tbsp) (Vegan:mayonnaise without eggs)
- A little sugar
- A little salt and pepper
How to make
- Cut the cucumbers into rounds, slice the onions, sprinkle with salt, and leave for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Boil macaroni.
- When water comes out from vegetables, squeeze the water tightly with the palm of your hand.
- When the macaroni is cooked, cool the heat and mix with the vegetables.
- Add mayonnaise and sugar, season with salt and pepper.
Point
- If you add mayonnaise while the macaroni is hot, mayonnaise will separate.
- Let’s put it in after the rough heat has cooled down.
- When the water comes out from the vegetables, the taste becomes lighter, so sprinkle salt and squeeze the water well before adding mayonnaise.
