Ingredients(For 1 – 2 serving)
- 1 celery
- 1 cucumber
- Vinegar or White wine vinegar(2tbsp)
- Olive oil (2tbsp)
- A pinch of salt
- Sugar (1/2tbsp)
How to make
- Cut celery
- Beat the cucumber with a rolling pin things like that, so that the taste can be easily absorbed, and then cut it to the desired size.
- Mix vinegar, olive oil, salt and sugar, add celery and cucumber and keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Point
- Moisture will come out from the cucumbers, so if you have time, sprinkle salt and leave it for about 5 minutes, squeeze the water tightly, and then marinade it to make it less watery.
- If you have time, it will be more delicious if you put it in the fridge for a day.
