I can’t get enough of Marinated Leek(Green onion)
The scent of green onions is very nice! This marinade can also be applied to other vegetables such as paprika.

Ingredients(For 1 – 2 serving)
- One Leek or Green onion
- Olive oil (2tbsp)
- White wine vinegar or vinegar (2tbsp)
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sugar
How to make
- Cut and Grilled the leek until they are browned.
- Mix Olive oil,White wine vinegar, salt and sugar to make marinade.
- put leek in marinade and keep them in fridge for 20min.
Point
- The point is put freshly grilled leeks in marinade to soak into the inside.
