Marinated shiitake mushrooms that are good for dressing

Shiitake mushrooms are delicious with plenty of umami, but there may be many people who are not good at it because of their peculiar taste.

The remaining vegetables can be marinated in salt, marinade, or pickled to make them last long time, and no longer spoils vegetables without being used. You can reduce the garbage! Small things add up to make a big difference!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • A little salt
  • 1/4 onion

How to make

  1. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in water until tender.
  2. Take the stem off and heat olive oil (outside the amount) in a pan to grill the Shiitake.
  3. When it’s cooked, turn it off and immediately add vinegar and olive oil.
  4. Refrigerate until the heat is removed.
  5. Finely chop the onions and soak them in salt water for about 10 minutes.(Remove the spiciness) Then drain it.
  6. Mix dried shiitake mushrooms and onion. Season with salt.

Point

  • It is delicious to eat as it is, and it is also delicious as a salad dressing by chopping it.
