Wonton-like miso soup with rice paper

By crushing rice paper and adding it to miso soup, you can reproduce the softness of wonton. If you have extra rice paper, you should make it!

ECO Point
The soup can be arranged by adding various ingredients. Let’s put the vegetables left in the refrigerator in the soup! It also works as cleaning! You can reduce garbage without wasting vegetables.

Ingredients(For 1 serving)

  • Daikon radish 5mm
  • Half of potatoes (adjustment required if there are many)
  • Appropriate amount of green onion
  • Favorite vegetables
  • 1 sheet of rice paper
  • 1 – 1.5 tablespoon of miso
  • 200 ml of water

How to make

  1. Cut the daikon radish into quarter-rounds about 2.5 mm wide, cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, and boil until soft.
  2. When the vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat, add the miso, and crush the rice paper and put it.
  3. Slice the green onions and top with them.

Point

  • If you put several sheets of rice paper on top of each other, they will stick together and have a chewy texture. It is delicious even if you put it one by one.
  • Adjust the amount of miso to your liking.
