Ingredients
- Uncooked rice a cup measuring about 150 g
- Simmered soup for 150g of uncooked rice
- Favorite mushrooms such as shimeji mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms as needed
- 1 Deep-fried tofu
- Burdock as needed
- Carrot as needed
How to make
- Cut the ingredients into pieces that are easy to eat. Burdock cut into shave, carrots are chopped, and fried tofu cut into long strip.
- Wash the uncooked rice, set it in the rice cooker, put all the ingredients on the rice, and add the remaining juice of the simmered dish.
Point
- It’s too easy and there is no point, but the ingredients will be more delicious if you prioritize the comfort when you put them in your mouth.
- For example, if you like crunchy texture, cut the ingredients into large pieces, and if you like something that is blend with rice, cut it into small pieces.
