How to make

  1. Mince the whole soybeans natto with a kitchen knife. You can buy crushed natto, but the aroma is completely different, so it is recommended that you mince it yourself.
  2. Cut vegetables into bite size. Boil vegetables and mushrooms.
  3. When the vegetables are cooked, add tofu and boil a little, turn off the heat and add natto and miso.
  4. When the miso has melted, turn it on again and warm it carefully that it does not boil.
  5. Finally, sprinkle the green onions.

  • Be careful not to bring it boil after adding miso. If you do it, the scent of miso will fly away.
