Ingredients(For two serving)
【Kinpira burdock(Gobo)】
- About half of burdock
- 1/4 carrot
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2-3 tbsp of Mirin
- 1 tablespoon of cooking sake
- 1 tablespoon sugar
【Rice part】 - Appropriate amount of cooked rice
- Appropriate amount of soy sauce
- Brown seaweed
How to make
- Make Kinpira burdock.
- Put the rice in a container of an appropriate size to make a circle, wrap the rice and squeeze it tightly. If you don’t harden it to some extent, it will crumble when you grill it. It will be a burger, so if it’s for two people, make four.
- Apply soy sauce to the surface of the rice and grill it in a pan.
- Serve and complete.
Point
- When seasoning rice, adding mirin or sugar will make the taste stronger, but the rice will be more likely to crumble. If you want to season with mirin or sugar, it is a good idea to grill the rice to some extent, harden it, and then apply it with a brush.
- It is recommended to use pure soy sauce. Other soy sauces make the rice liable to crumble.
