Satisfied rice noodles plate! with vegetables and sesame oil

Ingredients(For 1 serving)

  • Rice noodles 50g
  • 1/3 green onion
  • 3 round slices of carrots
  • 1 Chinese cabbage leaf
  • One stalk of chinese chive
  • 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Vegetable broth (powder) 3g
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame oil

How to make

  1. Boil the rice noodles, and when they are boiled, discard the hot water and stir-fry the rice noodles lightly in a pan. At this time, add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and stir-fry until it makes a crackling sound to remove water.
  2. Cut the vegetables into pieces that are easy to eat, put olive oil in a pan, stir-fry the green onions, carrots, chinese cabbage leaves, and vegetables.
  3. When it’s cooked, add rice noodles, add soy sauce and vegetable broth, turn off the heat, and finally sprinkle with sesame oil.
