How to make

This way, the first and second eggs will not separate when rolled.
  4. Continue this until there are no more beaten eggs.

  • The reason for adding soy sauce is to make a beautiful browning.
  • The work of putting the beaten egg in the pan is repeated many times, but just before putting the beaten egg, if you apply oil to the pan with oil-soaked paper each time, it will be beautifully baked. If you add oil directly, it doesn’t look beautiful.
  • The trick to fried eggs is to use oil.
  • Normally, I use square pan, but if you don’t have it, you can make round pan as well.
