Nothing difficult! A hearty sandwich that make easily

A sandwich that looks beautiful, requires some preparation, but it’s pretty easy to make!

Ingredients (For 1 serving)

  • 2 pieces of bread
  • Carrot 8 cm
  • 1/2 Japanese cucumber
  • 2-3 cabbage leaves
  • 1-2 Cremini mushrooms
  • A clove of garlic
  • A little salt
  • A little soy sauce
  • 2-4 lettuce leaves
  • Cherry Tomato

    Dressing
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • A pinch of salt
  • Squeeze of lemon (a half of lemon)

How to make

Dressing
Mix all the ingredients.

Cucumber
Slice the cucumber diagonally.

Carrot râpe
Cut the carrot about 8 cm long and slice them. Layer sliced ​​carrots, cut them into ling stripe, mix with 1-2 tablespoons of dressing, and leave it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Cabbage
Cut the cabbage into long stripes (you can use slicer) and mix with about 1 tablespoon of dressing.

Mushroom
Finely chop the garlic and slice the mushrooms. Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic. When the aroma comes out, add mushrooms and add a little salt and a little soy sauce.

Finish
Spread mustard to 2 pieces of bread, put lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, carrot rape, mushrooms, lettuce, bread, wrap in cooking paper etc. and let it blend for about 5 minutes, cut in half.

Point

  • Put the cherry tomatoes in the middle of the bread.
  • It is beautiful if you make it with the cross section in mind.
  • If you put mushroom oil on bread and eat it, it’s delicious!
  • You can add your favorite vegetable like avocado if you like.
