Ingredients
- Shiitake mushrooms 5-6
- Mayonnaise (If you are a vegan, use for vegan one) about 2 tbsp
- Appropriate amount of Yuzu Shichimi
- Appropriate amount of dried parsley
- Appropriate amount bread crumbs(Panko)
How to make
- Take the shiitake mushroom shaft and chop the shaft.
- Mix mayonnaise and yuzu shichimi, put on shiitake mushrooms, put bread crumbs and parsley and grill it.
