How to make

  1. Divide the daikon radish into three equal parts.
  2. Put water, kelp, seasoning and radish in a pot and let it boil. Take out the kelp just before boiling.
  3. Boil for about 40 minutes. Adjust the taste with salt.

Point

  • The daikon radish has streaks, so boil it well.
  • If you use Light-Colored Soy Sauce, it will be elegant. In that case, please adjust the amount by yourself.
