Ingredients (For 1 serving)
- Daikon radish 10 cm
- Kelp 5 cm to 10 cm square
- Water 270cc
- 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Sweet cooking sake(Mirin) 1/2 teaspoon
- A little salt
How to make
- Divide the daikon radish into three equal parts.
- Put water, kelp, seasoning and radish in a pot and let it boil. Take out the kelp just before boiling.
- Boil for about 40 minutes. Adjust the taste with salt.
Point
- The daikon radish has streaks, so boil it well.
- If you use Light-Colored Soy Sauce, it will be elegant. In that case, please adjust the amount by yourself.
