Ingredients(For 1 – 2 serving)
- About 6 to 7 cut squash(kabocha)
- Water 100cc
- Cooking sake (1tbsp)
- Sweet cooking sake(Mirin) (1tbsp)
- Soy sauce (1tbsp)
- Sugar (1-2tsp)
How to make
- Mix water, Cooking for sake, Sweet cooking sake(mirin), sugar and soy sauce
- Add squash and boil it down until moisture disappears.
Point
Adjust the amounts of condiments to your liking.It supresses the sweetness and gives an exquisite flavor if you add a pinch of salt.
