  1. Mix water, Cooking for sake, Sweet cooking sake(mirin), sugar and soy sauce
  2. Add squash and boil it down until moisture disappears.

Point

Adjust the amounts of condiments to your liking.It supresses the sweetness and gives an exquisite flavor if you add a pinch of salt.
