Ingredients
- Sliced kelp (boiled) 100g
- 1-2 potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of cooking sake
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Salt as you like
How to make
- Boil the potatoes.
- Put potatoes and kelp cut into a size that is easy to eat in a pot, add oil, sake, mirin, soy sauce, and salt. Adjust the salt to your liking.

- If the kelp is long, cut it to a suitable size.
