- Tofu for the number of people
- Several shiitake mushrooms
- Other favorite vegetables for the number of people
[sukiyaki stock] - Mirin 50-60㏄
- Cooking sake 50-60㏄
- Soy sauce 50-60㏄
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Water 50㏄
How to make
- First, grill the green onions. This time grill with olive oil.
