The sesame flavor is appetizing Vegan Tantanmen(Ramen)

Tantanmen is Noodles with a sauce made from sesame paste and chili oil. Chinese food born in Japan! Make miso using tofu and okara instead of meat. You can easily make ramen!

Don’t you leave the water running when you wash the dishes? Water is an important natural resource. Let’s use washtub. You can save 1/9 of the amount of water If you use dishwasher.

Ingredients

  • Noodle for ramen for one serving
  • Green onion 1/4
  • Half cake of tofu (about 150g)
  • Tofu refuse (Okara) 50g
  • Bok choy as needed
    A
  • Tianmian sauce (1 tbsp)
  • Doubanjiang (1tbsp)
  • Cooking sake (1tbsp)
  • Soy sauce (1tbsp)
  • A little pepper
  • Chili oil as needed
  • Sesame oil as needed
    B
  • A little grated garlic
  • A little grated ginger
  • Sesame paste (2tbsp)
  • Vegetable broth (powder) 4-5g
  • Sugar (1tbsp)
  • Soy sauce (1tbsp)
  • Chili oil (1tbsp)
  • Water 300cc

How to make

  1. First, let’s make Tofu miso. Wrap the tofu with paper towel to drain water.Place a weight on the tofu not so much as to crumble, and leave it for about 30 minutes.
  2. Put sesame oil in a pan, add tofu and tofu refuse(okara), Add A.
  3. The green onions are chopped and gray onions.
  4. Add B and the chopped green onions.
  5. Boil the noodles in boiling water.
  6. When the noodles are cooked, take them out and boil the bok choy in the same water for about 30 seconds.
  7. Boil the hot water for the soup,(If the vegetable broth is a cube, boil with water for the soup) and when it boils, mix it with the seasoning(turn off the heat when you mix the seasoning)
  8. Decorate with noodles, white onions, tofu miso, and bok choy.

Point

  • The soup is made round and spicy by adding sugar.
  • Please adjust the spiciness with doubanjiang or chili oil.
  • The taste of tofu miso changes depending on how well the tofu is drained. Please adjust to your favorite taste.
