No meat! A vegan potato salad in tofu hamburger steak
Introducing a hearty hamburger steak with vegan potato salad, made only with tofu and vegetables without using any meat!

材料(1~2人分)
- Tofu 320g
- 1/4 onion
- Half Potatoes (75g)
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt
- 2 tablespoon of vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of potato starch
- 3 tablespoon of Bread crumbs
[Hamburger sauce] - Red wine 100㏄
- 3 tablespoon of ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
材料
- Drain the tofu for about 3 hours.
- Cut the potatoes to a suitable size and boil them.
- Finely chop the onions, add bay leaf and a pinch of salt in a pan and stir-fry.
- When the potatoes are boiled, mush them and add vinegar, and when the heat is removed, add mayonnaise.
- Add onions, bread crumbs and potato starch to the drained tofu and mix it well.
- Form tofu into a round shape, wrap the potatoes in tofu, and grill.
- Make the sauce. Put the red wine in a pan, evaporate the alcohol, add all the ingredients for sauce, and when it thickens, it’s done.
Point
- When adding mayonnaise to potatoes, let potato cool before adding mayo to not separate it.
- Evaporate alcohol of red wine well.
