Creamy and mild tomato cream spaghetti with oats milk
This is tomato cream spaghetti using oats meal. It has no habit of taste and is lighter than milk.

Ingredients
- Speghetti for 1 deserving
- Tomato paste or cut tomato 150g
- Oats milk 25cc
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
- 1 eggplant
- Maitake mushrooms as needed (you can use other mushrooms)
- 1 piece of garlic
- A little salt and pepper
How to make
- Cut the eggplant into bite-sized pieces and split the maitake mushrooms appropriately.
- Add olive oil in a pan and add crushed garlic to bring out the aroma.
- When the aroma comes out, add eggplant and maitake mushrooms, and when it covered with oil, add tomato paste.
- Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, and add oat milk, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to complete the sauce.
- Boil the spaghetti and entangle the boiled spaghetti in a pan.
