Points to consider when feeling anxious
Feel and trust your senses 💎✨ that’s all there is to it.
It’s often said that “fear” or “terror” is scary because you can say for certain what happen, but I think there is another reason.
It’s the ability to “imagine realistically” and the power to believe.
Isn’t that an amazing talent?
With this on your side, I think what you are thinking about will become more and more realistic 😆
Because the world that unfolds before you is the world you are choosing and creating.
When you get anxious about “what if this happens?”, I’m sure you are imagining something real and believing what you are imagining 😀
If it wasn’t real, wouldn’t you be scared?
Like, if you are afraid of being told that the world will be destroyed tomorrow, I think you really believe those words and can imagine that they are real.
Since you have the power to imagine realistically, I think you can probably imagine positivity in a very realistic way 😍
I had a college professor once teach me this,
If you are in the habit of looking for reasons why you “can’t” do something, first write it down on paper.
After that, she said, play with the word “can’t” as “can” and see how the word changes 😆
When you imagine a negative, try to imagine a positive.
Fear could lead you down a different path than “your mind”.
Because thoughts work.
